I previously visited warren james to purchase a gift for my other half. The sales assistant, was extremely helpful and attentive. She used her knowledge of jewellery to help me choose the right gift and we loved it.

Very dissatisfied with customer service-0 points, a short brunette girl, her behavior is very, very negative, maybe her coming to work is unwanted because from her behavior with the costumes it seems that her work is not voluntary, but forced.

We went in on march the 8th my birthday to order a ring which had to be made to my size, they measured my finger and told us originally it would be a couple of weeks and would be notified when it was ready, 10 weeks later and now they’re saying they have no record of us even ordering it even though we went in twice to see I there was any news about the ring only to be told they would notify us when it was ready. What an absolute rubbish service good job it wasn’t a wedding ring would not recommend them at all.

I purchased a necklace from your store less than a month ago, and unfortunately, it has already started to tarnish. I have been very careful with it and have not exposed it to perfume or water. Concerned, I returned to the shop to have it checked out and explain the situation. However, I was quite disappointed with how I was treated by the two employees. They were dismissive and used a rude tone throughout the conversation, which made me feel very unwelcome. Despite explaining multiple times that I had not applied perfume, they kept insisting that the tarnishing was caused by perfume or water. This assumption felt disrespectful, as they do not know my personal habits and were not present to verify what I had or had not done. I have been a loyal customer and have purchased several pieces of jewelry from your store in the past, so this experience was quite disappointing. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and offer a solution, as I believe a better standard of customer service is expected. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
