Extremely helpful. They didn't have the size I needed in store so I tried to order online, unfortunately it wouldn't work and they suggested delivering it to my closest store (Barnsley), which according to the woman who served me they NEVER do, they did it as an exception because it was time sensitive. The ladies were very helpful and the jewellery is of excellent quality. I'm very pleased with my experience of Warren James. Thanks guys ☺️

Called in today 6th September at 4.30 . The assistant was not helpful at all . I was after a set of earrings bracelet and necklace the cost was irrelevant. I tried on one bracelet but due to athrtis in my hands could not fasten it . I proceeded to look in the window for maybe a bangle one i could slip ny hand into to be told no we don't have anything suitable . Very strange as I saw plenty in the window Resulting in them loosing over 200 pounds in sales I am now in browns buying a diamond bracelet from very helpful staff . Will never

I spent time in the store looking at wedding rings.I found the staff very friendly and obliging.Page spent a lot of time with me and gave me some really good advice.I didnt purchase today as my husband wasnt with me but will certainly go back soon to hopefully make a purchase.Thank you Page for all your help

Do not buy from this shop. Staff are most unhelpful and will refuse to refund or exchange unless you spend more money. I am disgusted with the unhelpful staff, certainly will NOT be shopping there ever again!!
