Very unhappy with this shop. I was told i would be able to get a refund if the items were not right as they were presents for family, some of the items were okay, but i wanted to return 2 items and was refused, i was told it was not their policy to do a refund on earrings or a ring. That is okay if that is the company policy, but please make customers aware of this when they make a purchase.

Went today and was closed at 4.30pm with shutter down? Opening times online said 5.00pm? Also seen it 5.30pm Before? Totally wasted my time!
