Ordered on the app for breakfast at approximately 20 to 11 while at the restaurant. Sat in the drive thru que that never moved for over 20 minutes. Eventually get to the window at 3 minutes past and would not serve me my order. The que did not move for 10 to 15 minutes! Usually if you just want a plain burger they throw you in the car park for the rest of the day while your caramel iced frappe melts all over your interior, then serve you chips that have fossilised. Simply not good enough!

A McDonald's, food was as expected, drive through service (sub standard). All cars were being told to park up and food brought out, so they can achieve the drive through time for the day. Problem is the car park is too small, especially when you have all the spaces taken up and cars parked on the kerbs, through the middle and against the fence. They must of had 10 cars at one point waiting on food.

Popped into McDonald's the other day, and honestly, I should’ve just gone home and asked the cat to make me a sandwich. At least then I’d know what to expect. The burgers looked like they’d been assembled during an earthquake—buns all over the place, sauce smeared like modern art, and lettuce clinging on for dear life. As for the temperature? Let’s just say the only thing colder than the food was the staff’s response when I complained. Speaking of complaints, I was politely informed that “it’s normal” for the food to be cold and look like a dog’s dinner. Normal? If this is normal, I dread to think what happens when they’re having an off day. Maybe they just fling the food straight at you from the kitchen? Honestly, McDonald’s, you’re supposed to be fast food, not slapdash food. It’s called a Happy Meal, not a What the Hell Happened Here Meal. Sort it out!

First time visitor to this branch of McDonald's. It seems to follow the exact same design of my local McDonald's in Cumbria. Decent food, decent service. There was a member of staff who was clearing tables who was particularly kind, She went out of her way on several occasions to help us by cleaning the table thoroughly, showing me where sauces were, etc. I've marked food and service as v. good. Couple of things I did notice was that there are a couple of disabled parking bays at this branch. They were clearly being used by people without blue badges and who weren't physically disabled. The bays are clearly marked but being misused. May seem niggly but the last thing disabled people need is their lives being made more difficult by the abled bodied being lazy. Otherwise a good experience.
