I've been with 3 for around 15 years and every time my contract comes up for renewal I've shopped around but ultimately stayed with 3. Last time was 2 years ago, I found one of your competitors was slightly cheaper for the same deal but did offer some additional perks. I ended up staying with 3, and this was solely based on the staff at your Redcar branch. Sarah, Lyn (with one 'n') and the team are always polite, helpful and well versed on the current deals and tech. They are respectful and understanding with people who need additional support and have great familiarity with regulars like myself. I actually look forward to browsing in the store and always leave happy and with a greater knowledge of my offers without the feel of unwanted pressure.

Went to the Three shop today as I had pre ordered the new iPhone online but I had entered the wrong email address so I wouldn’t be able to receive updates. The lady that served me had red hair and tattoos she was absolutely lovely and so helpful and managed to get my email address changed for me so I can now stop stressing. All staff in there are lovely and thank you to the lovely lady that helped me :)

I visited the Redcar store with my daughter to get a new phone sorted for my son who had lost his phone. Emily was very helpful and sat with us for a long period of time until we managed to get everything we needed to do complete. She was very knowledgable and patient and we were very grateful for her help. Many thanks
