Went to the Three shop today as I had pre ordered the new iPhone online but I had entered the wrong email address so I wouldn’t be able to receive updates. The lady that served me had red hair and tattoos she was absolutely lovely and so helpful and managed to get my email address changed for me so I can now stop stressing. All staff in there are lovely and thank you to the lovely lady that helped me :)

I visited the Redcar store with my daughter to get a new phone sorted for my son who had lost his phone. Emily was very helpful and sat with us for a long period of time until we managed to get everything we needed to do complete. She was very knowledgable and patient and we were very grateful for her help. Many thanks

Had a nightmare of an experience with my phone getting hacked and wasn’t getting anywhere when phoning three customer service, in fact they were quite rude but went into the Redcar store and the girls in there were absolutely amazing. They spent two days trying to sort things out for me and the manager Lyn was an absolute ball breaker and got it sorted in no time. What an amazing bunch of lasses.
