Denise was utterly amazing with my name change. I originally went to Middlesbrough as I didn’t know there was a drop in at Redcar. They guided me to Redcar opening times, which was local to me as I couldn’t wait 1 hour to be seen and it was quick and easy. Denise is so friendly and kind and made it so simple to do. She is very knowledgeable and efficient and the process was smooth. Thanks for great service x
