McDonald's

Could do with a bigger carpark but probably not possible. Went through the drive through and had to park up, luckily managed to get a parking space after 3 drives around. It felt like they couldn't keep on top of orders as most cars had to park up. Food was not as hot as other McDonald's, and I think they ran out of big buns as the burger was much bigger then bun.

Allways slow service recently. Food arrives warm at best, usually cold by time I get home (literally 2 mins away). Your lucky if you get half a box of chips, what you do get have little/no salt on them. Can't follow Dietary instructions first time, the odd occasion it takes 3 attempts to get the order correct. No longer going to be spending at this branch its that bad.

Not been here for a while, all good. 👍🏽 banging tunes in the toilet, perfectly clean, food took 9 mins, which in a maccys is slow however this is still fast food in anybodies book and was cooked perfectly, really tasty.

I went to get a standard medium meal at around 12:30am after visiting my wife and 1 year old in Rotherham Hospital and genuinely thought id be heading back to join them if I had eaten here (and I have previously been a McDonald's shift manager as a student). Drive thru wasn't working so had to order inside. Atmosphere was quite intimidating with the number of annoyed delivery drivers waiting for food. My meal was prepared quickly by thr kitchen staff. Unfortunately I had to stand looking at it go cold for the next 20mins while practically no food was served to anyone. In this time I watched fries being pulled well before their cook time but the thing that did it for me was the shift manager (looking unclean and unkempt) carrying receipts around in her mouth and then folding them over the delivery bags... and then my own once prepared. I asked her for a refund amd explained to her how she was failing to meet food hygiene standards... a qualification she should have from McDonalds as a shift manager. She did not speak to me. I paid on card but was refunded in cash... once she had got a float for the till that was logged in but didnt have one in. She came with the money from the office so god knows who is tracking the real money that passes through this store and where it goes. Will never be going to this one again.

Went for a quick breakfast around 8am, wait was very short and easy access to self service machines. Food literally thrown at me by I assume the supervisor but was no straw no napkin’s. Went back supervisor and staff to busy talking amongst themselves to remotely bother about the customers, however lady that was doing floor sorted waiting customer and myself promptly when she seen us waiting. When is this quiet I really see no need for the food to be this greasy it’s disgusting. Extremely poor
