Cancelled my membership after they increased the price again with no emails, said they emailed notices about the increase yet 3 of us that went never got one. Large gym with lots of equipment but always busy and broken machines take weeks to fix.
Good gym however the security is very poor. Joined and could not enter using code. A staff member let me in as it was 10pm there will be no staff to let me out. So push red button no answer phoned the number no answer. Then a fellow gym member let me out using his code but then he got stuck. He passed me his phone and i scanned him out from the other side. This needs to change whats the point being 24hr gym if you cant access or leave when you want
Always too warm. Air-conditioning is insufficient. Other JD gyms more modern and have sauna facilities or steam room facilities. Here the male changing rooms double as the cleaners storeroom with cleaners just wandering in and out for items continuously. Careful, people try to access your locker here, tampering with your padlocks.
Avoid this gym. Always busy and heaving. You’d be lucky to get a good workout in. Won’t be returning again. Membership prices are extremely expensive too for how busy it is
Iam a regular at this gym Love that its 24 hours as i work late shifts and i can pop in anytime. Only concern would be some machines are getting worn out like .Probably need more latest machines like Jacobs Ladder etc just a nice upgrade otherwise happy to pop in for a workout.
