During a week away in Scarborough I popped into the 3 shop to browse as I'd had a text to say I was due an upgrade. I told the staff member that I was only browsing but he kept asking what I was looking for etc. I eventually decided to upgrade to my chosen phone and the advisor went through some deals. I didn't have any ID so agreed to go back the next day and was told everything would be noted on my account. The next day I went back. The previous advisor was not in but a colleague said he would help. I told him I need no more than the 4gb I already have but was told "this comes with 160gb" and I was happy with the monthly fee. Alarm bells rang when he put a second SIM in my phone but was told "this is for the data". Unfortunately they didn't have the phone in store so they said it will be posted out. The phone arrived and all seemed well. Checked on my app and it shows I now have 2 numbers. Calling into the Barnsley store today to be told that the second number is for the extra data plan that has been added (without being told) hence the second SIM. The staff at Barnsley were fantastic and sorted everything for me, including transferring everything to my new phone and giving me the details to claim my free gift, information that should have been given to me by the Scarborough store.

Scarborough customer service very bad experience. Currently I’m using 2 sim and 1 broadband.when I’m came first time they treat me gently but now they behaving very badly i didn’t get any solutions.so i never recommend this service for anyone.thanks you🙏
