Bought pair if earrings for my wife took them to her she didn't even try didn't like them I tried to take then straight back within 30 minutes of purchase to bectold no refund no exchange .think test is disgusting. Will not recommend Warren James they just take your money .high street robbery. Don't recommend. Never again will return ..m
Went in to buy some jewellery, stood at the counter and waited for over 10 minutes, the women serving was doing something with the jewellery but she clearly saw me and just ignored so left without purchasing.
Shocking jewellers, really poor staff. So many better places on Scarborough High street.
No help whats so ever, the woman was more concerned about her phone, very very poor service, dont visit this shop !!!!
Really sorry I didn't get the mans name who served me because he was amazing.i visited on 15.02.25 to get a piece of sentimental jewellery.he was so helpful,caring and put me at complete ease. Absolute credit to the business.
