I’m always in and out of The Works looking for new books to read, and they have a fantastic selection to pick from. Whenever I go in the staff are friendly and welcoming, and it’s nice that a lot of them also love reading too so it’s easy to have a conversation with them! When The Strawberry Patch Pancake House by Laurie Gilmore came out The Works had a special edition with sprayed edges. I got the release dates mixed up and was a day early, and the lady working at the time saved me two (one for me and one for my best friend) behind so I could collect them the day after! Thank you so much for this as the special edition became very hard to get afterwards ❤️
