Very welcoming and friendly staff. Both Raf and Rania were very chatty and informative, helping me keep my old number while switching provider, and doing me unlimited data for miles cheaper than advertised. Great people and I wish Rania all the best with her training.

Lorna in Fargate helped me with some accessibility and app settings on my phone i was unsure of. I am not a Three customer yet but i was helped and made to feel welcome, she even invited me back for future support. Probably one of the best customer experience interactions and i encourage anyone needing any support or advise to call in.

I visited the shop with my wife who is PREGNANT and daughter to upgrade my contract I had with 3, there is this Asian staff who always assist me all the time with my 5 contract including my business contract phone I took with three and this guy is always rude to me and he talk to me in a rude manner whenever I come to the shop but I ignore him all the time. There at the shop he was serving a customer and we were waiting in a cue and my 8 month PREGNANT Wife was tired and I ask her if she will like to site down on the chair and she said there is a chair in front of where the guy was sitting to serve customers and I told my wife to go there when he call us so that she can sit on the chair and I was pointing my hand on the chair to show her where to go. All of a sudden THIS Staff, (ASIAN GUY) with BEARD and slim which he has work in the shop for long time just approached me and my PREGNANT WIFE and said and I cote exactly what he said to me and my wife. AM NOT A ANIMAL AND AM HUMAN SO DON'T POINT YOUR HAND ON ME, I AM HUMAN. We did not say a word to him or ask him anything and he was very rude and upset and talking to us like a trush and I was telling him we did not talk to you and why are you been rude to us and my wife and he he did.not care and was still arguing with me and my wife and make feel so bad and embarrassed us in the shop. I ask to see the manager at the shop on last weekend a week now a to his manager or supervisor, DAVID about everything, DAVID apologises for the inconvenience caused and my concern is, no one should let this guy serve you at the shop because he is very rude and aggressive, he doesn't care about Pregnant women and show no respect. The worst thing is After my contract Ends am switching all my business contract to another network because of the humiliation he caused me and my Pregnant wife and my little daughter at the shop. There was another lady who served us and she was such a lovely lady and polite with customers and had her time to assist us and DAVID was helping and talking to us about the incident and told us to take it easy calmed myself and wife down.

If you need help pop in. I was so scared as I had no family available and my phone had lost contacts, it took a little time but my contacts were restored and I have what I need from the helpful young lady Rafeeah I the Fargate Three store. Excellence service, would recommend going to store rather than online for the extra support. Thank you

Hopeless - terrible customer service. Password is unreadable tiny letters and symbols, used 5x magnification on my phone to see the charecters, label so small & poorly printed. Not been able to get any help online help is useless and doesn’t cover my problem. The 3 Mobile helpline (“number no longer in use” message). Tried contacting the shop in Sheffield Fargate by phone - disconnects automatically. My Mifi hub is as useless as a brick!
