Just been to Clarks on The Moor with my son who is 18 and has severe learning disabilities. The shop assistant came over straight away and asked if we needed help. She was super helpful and patient and we came home with a well fitting pair of shoes. My son was able to say what he liked and he hasn't taken his new shoes of since. Topmarks for customer care.

Once again received great service and children's shoes. Booked in advance so there was no waiting around. All the staff were well equipt with protective screens, masks and gloves. I felt confident to be shopping there. The summer shoe selection was excellent. Thank you Clarks!
