The delivery itself was fine; however, this is a recurring issue with the restaurant. Items are consistently missing from orders; this time, an entire burger was absent. Staff need to be trained to properly double-check bags before they leave the restaurant. Accuracy must take priority over speed. If orders take slightly longer to prepare, that is preferable to customers repeatedly not receiving what they paid for. Customers would much rather wait an extra minute than be left frustrated by missing items.

This was a good spot to grab dinner when waiting for transport after train delays, with plenty of self service kiosks available. Chicken Katsu Wrap was nice although they arranged the selects too far apart and someone with a later order was served before my literal one item, seating area was quite messy too.

Place has become a joke. There was a time when you could have any extra you wanted. I wanted some pickle on a burger that doesn't normally have pickle and they said they can't do it because it's not on the system 🤦🏻‍♂️😐 'Computer says no' Are we really so far gone as a society that something as simple as slapping a few pickles on a burger is too much to ask? Wouldn't be so bad if your burgers actually came out together properly instead of looking like they got thrown into the box from the other side of the room... What a joke, how apt that Ronald McDonald just so happens to be a clown

To the Management of McDonald's, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit. My collection time was scheduled for 12:43 PM, but I did not receive my order, which was relatively small, until 1:00 PM. This wait time of approximately 20 minutes is unacceptable. During this period, the restaurant appeared to be significantly understaffed. It was apparent that the kitchen was struggling to keep up with demand, as only one employee seemed to be working in that area. I also observed the manager and several other staff members outside the premises, seemingly on a break, while the restaurant's operations were clearly suffering. The manager was eventually called back inside by the kitchen employee to assist. This situation led to a significant delay and a very inefficient service experience. I hope this feedback will be used to address staffing levels and ensure that management is present and engaged in maintaining efficient service, particularly during busy periods. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Service was average, but the overall experience was disappointing. Fries were soggy and slightly burnt. The restaurant was cluttered, and most tables were dirty. There seemed to be a lack of order in the system, with wait times longer than usual.
