Carnt fault staff lovely. But the uns iv just purchased last week put on for work today 6th October the soles are that thin now they have caused me so much pain not the same as the use to be I have worn these shows for 10 years or more but my recent purchase are the worst shoes ever now the sole is so thin you can feel everything I have just about nearly cried with the pain they have caused

Was given a ticket in here as it was busy to get my sons feet measured for the school year however people that came in after were seen to before us, the worker issuing the tickets was no help so we left and went to another store.

I was very happy to find suitable and comfortable work shoes! The staff were patient and kind! I even managed to get £20 off with my gift card from Christmas 2023 👍 It wasn't busy which is a Bonus especially on New Year's Eve! Whilst sales are on best go and get your shoes 👟

Returning shoes didn’t cause just a bit of first was on bottom and didn’t want to return it before I inspected the shoes the first was on bottom and they are denying it

Came in to buy our daughter her first pair of shoes, we came in and waited around 15 mins and no one came over so we went for 20 mins to let it get quiet, we came back it was quiet and waited around 20 mins and still no one came so we decided to leave. Worst customer service I have experienced
