Just been in this morning to get a replacement sim card for my phone and spoke to a woman as soon as i walked in (sorry i didn't get your name) but couldn't recommend her enough, went over and above, great customer service and had me away within 10 minute......would of been a lot sooner if i learnt how to be quiet lol!!! absolute asset to the company and business. Please pass on my thanks
I can only say that on two occasions now my wife and I have received the best customer service that we have encountered for a long time, the problems were solved with relative ease by Adrian who is an exceptional impressive individual ,,all of the staff have smiling faces and this is so refreshing in modern times. Adrian explained very clearly and concisely, his patience with us was just so amazing, keep going Vodafone and for us you are still leading the field in a competitive market.
