Vodafone

After providing multiple forms of ID and a bank statement, 3 staff members came up to me and they refused to sell me the phone I wanted. They didn't even enter my details on the system. Then told me to go for a completely different phone as it looks more affordable for me. Disgusting never again. Went to O2 and it was hassle free.

I won't go into too much detail but the team here but certainly in need of better customer service skills even the manager just down right casual and very old mentality shouting down "Welcome to Vodafone" I felt like it's Top of the Pops shouting at me through the TV again. I can't believe I was told "what do you need 2TB for?" like I am some sort of clown and "don't waste our time on pre-order day please" Go to the O2 shop in the Centre or another Vodafone store instead of here (See my detailed review on O2 white rose) as it was leaps and bound ahead of these guys. Please re-train your team Vodafone otherwise you'll be losing customers left, right and centre. - Zack & Leayah

I visited the store on Sat 19th August 25. It took 3hrs before I walked out of the store with a phone. I then had to return the following day because of no esim to upload. I then traded in my S23 to be told it would take 2hrs to sort out. I would the receive a text message. I never received a text message. I then rung the phone to be told I would receive a phone call before the staff member went home to confirm the my phone had been sorted and sent to the warehouse. Guess what? No phone call. I would avoid this store customer service is very poor!

Just called in to get some advice regarding roaming. Was seen by Farhan who answered our questions and sorted out my sim deal. Would definitely recommend. Many thanks
