been to store today (crystal peaks) to take a broadband router back as I was out of contract.the man I spoke to ,Ross was very helpful.
Great customer service. My grandmother sometimes struggles understanding technology and the staff at Vodafone in Crystal Peaks are nothing but patient and understanding with her and help her with all her problems. She mentions specifically how the female staff member there is always so helpful and easy to understand.
The worst coustomer service they are not their to help they are there to make more mess and the guy Chris specially and his manager tooo I gave them my id my adress of broadband I gave them direct debit details I show them msgs from vodaphone and he told me he can’t help me because I can’t pass the security what I forget four year old PIN number and now contact service told me to go shop and the shop can’t help me either I don’t know what to do
Quite a few months ago My mum and dad who are in their mid 70's called in to the Vodafone store in Crystal Peaks to change the Broadband over from Sky to their network. During the discussion they had with the store assistant, both my parents made it clear they wanted to keep the same land line telephone number as they had had the same number for over 40 years. All the Family and Doctors / Hospital e.t.c had the number and it would be too much of a faff to change it. When the network was finally transferred over to Vodafone, Vodafone [HAD] changed the telephone number. This has caused no end of issues, as my really poorly father who is always in Hospital for various tests for his poor health was left missing vital appointments as the Hospital were unable to contact him due to having the original telephone number. Upon discovering the issue a few weeks later, both my parents drove down to Crystal Peaks to try and resolve the issue and have their original number reinstated. The store assistant "Who's name we can't remember" shouted at my frail old dad accusing him of saying he advised them to change the number. My dad insisted they get their old number reinstated as he had never requested any such thing. The store assistant said he would do his best but no promises! A few days after my dad visited the store they realised the the landline was now dead and not accepting and allowing outgoing calls. After many many weeks and trip upon trip down to the store and promises from the staff that they are trying to reinstate their old number, my parents have been left with no land line at all for over 2 months! My sister and her Husband have even been down and stressed the need to get this amended ASAP to no avail. This is totally unacceptable and my poor dad who has a serious heart condition feels powerless and left not knowing what to do about the situation. If anyone from Vodafone Customer care reads these Reviews, this needs looking into and sorting asap! This is very very poor Customer service!!! I am now going to take a trip down to the store and see if they dare shout at me! Avoid!
