Visited the Beverley shop this morning asking for help to sort out access to our mobile phone account after months and even years of trouble using the call centres and chat lines. Angela was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and spotted the problem almost immediately. She sorted everything out and started 2 new sim only plans for us very quickly and I now feel confident with dealing with our account going forward. Thank you Angela!

Superb service from James. Went over and above to resolve an issue with the app. Left the store feeling that there are young people out there who provide excellent customer service by resolving issues that are not particularly easy. Highly recommend James as the most helpful Vodafone member of staff.
