Absolutely fuming with this store. My mother came in a week ago as her phone wasn't turning on, they told her it wouldn't turn on at all and sold her another contract phone. Ridiculous and taking advantage of a pension age woman, where the hell is the safeguarding in your company? She brought the phone to me afterwards and all that had happen is her phone crashed from too many tabs being open. It reset fine and loaded fine. It wasn't broken at all, which means the person who sold her it at a PHONE TECH store either doesn't know how to use a phone and shouldn't be working there, or worse takes advantage of the elderly (I believe his name may of been Kyle or it began with a K at least my mother mentioned). Ive told her once this contract is over to join me on my EE plan and fob Vodafone off as they are a terrible company and clearly don't hire competent people. DO NOT BUY A PHONE HERE.

Really rude staff, all over me when they thought they could sell something, then completely different as soon as they realised Vodafone had made a mistake. No customer care, just aggressive and dismissive. Mistakes happen, but the way it was handled was disgusting. The manager was worse than the staff. Definitely avoid this shop.

BEWARE!" Sold me a hand set they promised was refurbished so supposedily good as new - fell apart in a matter of weeks & then they demand £600 to repair. Shocking cusetomer service every time - dreadful place to deal with.

Fantastic team ! Brought my father in today and the team are extremely helpful. They took us through all the available options and found the best deal for us and also offered us the service of moving all the data over from the previous phone. Cannot praise them highly enough. Fab team !

The only place I enjoy going in is the Vodaphone shop in Harrogate , As they will always Help with you’re iPhone issues , Without kicking a fuss ! I always buy all my business phones from here as they well experience team . Tom the Assistant Manager always welcome you in store even if you’re going to buy anything ! I highly recommend this store.
