I've been using this store for years, and everytime the service had been exceptional. Today we went to renew our contracts, and we were looked after by Stephen. He was super helpful and very patient. There was no overselling or pressure, and although it took some time, the customer service he provided was excellent.

Needed to update my contract and Taylor was absolutely spot on, great customer service and had a laugh. Did have to wait a tiny bit to get seen myself but that wasn’t an issue, two staff were on and they were both working really hard helping customers. I will remain a customer here!

I topped up my Vodafone account on May 26. Due to the incompetence of their staff, the wrong plan was activated. A week later, we had to go back, and I was forced to pay again. What kind of scheme is this? Why should I pay for services I didn’t ask for or didn’t receive? They didn't even apologize. On top of that, the employee I dealt with today was unfriendly and rude. This is unacceptable customer service. I expected better from a company like Vodafone.

I was so impressed with the service I received today. I was approached almost immediately, despite the store being busy, and had a great experience upgrading my contract. Katie who served me was so helpful and professional. What a wonderful team! Thank you for making my day.
