As a long term customer I never ever seen this kind of customer service in my life. Very disappointed and no respect to customer i have been speaking with (Aisha)in Leeds brunch no respect at all the way how she spoke and rolling her eyes and smirking laugh it so discussed to be treated like that unprofessional at all am asking the right person too response for my enquiry and get this resolved please. i left the branch with un comfortable and I have been on the phone with a gentle and professional member of the staff and he hard everything instead he apologized to me which is no his fault really professional and let me come down thank you. I wish the care time responded to my inquiry !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I visited the Vodafone store today to upgrade my phone, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Farhan assisted me throughout the entire process and provided outstanding customer service. His clear explanations and guidance made everything easy to understand, and he helped me choose the best plan that suited my needs. Truly a fantastic experience — thank you, Farhan!

We received amazing custom service from a representative called Danny/Daniel yesterday in-store. We witnessed him going above and beyond with every person he dealt with whilst we waited, and again in dealing with our issue. Fabulous experience.

I’ve been a loyal customer with Vodafone for maybe too long now. The experience at this store was appalling. Basically staff were using the place for their mates to gather. Customers left unattended or broke off from dealing with customers to chat with mates and colleagues. Order details and unnecessary check completed incorrectly, wrong tariff and low level discounts. The order was cancelled the next day by their online service. It took 2 hrs on a call with Vodafone to sort. Don’t use the Leeds commercial street store.

Really disappointed to post this after having been a cuatomer with the same number for 25 years. There is obviously no customer loyalty anymore or service. I upgraded my phone and deal from home yesterday, all very quick when you are doing it yourself online. Came to collect it today in Leeds City Centre and waited a while before someone was available to see me. Well I’ve seen more personality in a paper bag, nothing explained no hi, eye contact etc, felt like a total inconvenience. I spoke to the manager he said I could only cancel if I rang up, I rang from the store, on the phone to the call centre, can’t cancel. Round and round in circles so I have not got my new phone and am going to see what options I have got elsewhere. Very very disappointing, customer service non existent, no wonder there will be no high street left at this rate.
