Visited Bridlington store today where we were greeted by the lovely Maryanne. She helped my dad switch over his broadband and lowered his monthly phone contract. Very knowledgable and super friendly. Would highly recommend. Thank you x

Staff were great, very helpful. Made the whole process of switching our mobile phone provider over very easy. Sadly we discovered the signal via vodaphone to our holiday home wasn’t strong enough. Staff were very helpful and ensured a quick cancellation process

Customer service in shop excellent. Customer service with vodaphone the self is. Absolutely useless. (Crap) You can. Can't get past the stupid computer. To. Talk to anyone. If. Youneed anything go to the store & talk to them.

I took a damaged Samsung tablet here which had been into another shop for 4 weeks and still was unrepaired!!!! Maryanne couldn't have been more helpful if she'd tried. What a credit to your business. Professional, friendly and she even sorted me a new deal out on my phone. Highly delighted and would recommend to anyone who is searching for a new deal,phone or repair. 5* plus.

I spoke to Kelly in the Vodafone shop, about renewing my contract with the possibility of upgrading to a new phone, she was very helpful, and explained everything to me. She also answered any questions I had. Overall I found her very professional, without been pushy.
