I called in at the Parkgate Store on 30th October 2019 and there were 4 staff one was with a customer but the other 3 just talking. When I approached the young girl with tattoos on her hands she never smiled or greeted me and just had an expression on her face that it was too much trouble me being there. When I explained that I was having a problem with my contract mobile phone she asked me to sit down and when I passed her my phone she said that it looked like the screen was broken so I took off he screen protector to show her that it was just the screen protector. She seemed very negative throughout my time there and I definitely will be avoiding this store in future. Customer care goes a long way in any job and she needs to be more customer focused,

Only putting one star as there is nothing below that!!!!! Just changed from Tesco as they do not do unlimited data, gone with Vodafone and now 2 months in and nothing but trouble getting data , phones says 3 bar but nothing just .6ms some times, been on the phone too much to sort it and still trying sort it!!!!
