Called in to explore changing mobile contract from my existing supplier. Was greeted by Shane who meticulously went through all the options available that were tailored to my personal needs. Demonstrated alternatives - no "up-selling" - just key facts to ensure that I had the package that was right for me. Outcome - I purchased a new mobile and took out a contract! I wouldn't ordinarily bother with a review but Joy in store was absolutely brilliant! Best service I've had anywhere in a long long time. I had been recommended to three by a neighbour and I can understand why . I find mobile phones quite stressful and Joy moved my number from 02, transferred everything across to the new phone for me and found me a great offer for Internet for home .
I've been a very happy 3 customer for many years, and today visited the store to discuss a new phone. The customer service I receive in the Wakefield store is always first-rate but a special mention today for Mike who was absolutely brilliant. I am a bit resistant to change and had put off upgrading for the longest time but Mike immediately identified my needs, made appropriate recommendations without a hint of hard sell, and was an absolute delight to deal with. I never felt rushed or pressured, and everything was so easy. I'll be back tomorrow once my new device has been delivered so Mike can help me transfer everything across.
