Thankyou to the very helpful staff in the Wakefield Clarks branch who provided excellent customer service to my 9 year old son who had been incorrectly measured and sold the wrong shoes in a different store. I would highly recommend the Trinity Walk branch of Clarks for all their help and will always use them in the future.
Shocking customer service, wife bought me a pair of shoes for Christmas got it out for first time today noticed they not matching colour! Took it back to the shop the manager told me in the very rude language she is not going to do anything about it go speak to the head office!!!!
I went to this store to get my daughters feet measured and to get her a pair of new boots. The customer service was outstanding from when I walked in! A young lad (if I remember rightly, had glasses) served me he was very polite and so friendly! He helped us so much and brought us a selection of boots out in my daughters size to choose from. He was very patient with my wriggler of a toddler which I am grateful for! I wish I caught his name. He is a credit to your team!
Usually I shop online, but visited the store today with my little one as we needed help with the size of her first shoes. We had to wait more than 20 mins to be served although we were the second clients, but the shop assistants just decided to help clients in random order. When they finally had time for us, they don't have sizes on stock, so couldn't buy anything. They couldn't order for us, as their order system was down they said. I ordered online myself and wanted to collect from store, but you can't collect from this store. Totally useless, I wander why they still keep this store open???
Went to store on Saturday 21st October with our grandson to buy his 1st pair of shoes. We were served by Amber and she was magnificent. Obviously getting feet measured for the first time can be daunting for a toddler but Amber made it a game and was brilliant with him. We came away with 2 pairs of shoes for him and will be back next time he needs some shoes. Amber is a credit to the store.
