No one at speaker station in drive thru, it wasnt busy, a quiet night and I was the only car so after a couple of attempts at speaking to the order point with no response and after waiting a few mins I drove upto the first window where a few secs later a staff member appeared in the window and said "what's up" ? I told him I would like to order but there was no one at the order point to which he shrugged and replied he was doing 'sumat' then went on to take my order. Understandable if they were busy, but they weren't and no one came thru the drive thru the whole time I was there.
Night Shift always very slow. You have to wait more than 20minute only for regular fry
Unfortunately probably the worst Maccys I have been to. Fries cold, chicken mayo tasted like it had been stood awhile and was rubbery. The best bit was the chocolate milkshake but tasted of banana! Its a busy place and would have expected fresh hot food. Service okay through drive thru not very friendly staff just very robotic and not that polite. Think I'll give going here a miss in the future.
I mean, the food was OK. just ordinary McDonald's... or a bit disappointing maybe. but it was acceptable. The real problem here was the machine and staffs. Machines were broken and so too was the staffs. maybe kinda harsh but...
Why can't this branch make even the smallest order correct? Always something missing, never extra. When picking up your food make sure to check it, cause they 'highly skilled' in messing up even the smallest order... Breakfast muffin was disgusting, binned it straight away. Don't buy from there - waste of money
