McDonald's

Ordered from here twice now and both times no chips came. Called to ask if I can pick them up and the staff was extremely rude on the phone and hung up on me. Won’t be using them anymore. Also the bread was rock hard for the burger we got and tasted stale. Disgusting

Probably the worst organised place going and the drive through is something else. Ya may as well park up and go inside to order. Drive trough doesn't work ya have to park up and wait for your food every time . I only ordered a double cheese burger...

Unfortunately this mcdonalds concentrates on delivery and drive thru. Go inside and order to sit inside and your guaranteed a 10 to 15 minute wait for your food. Lots of staff always around but just long waits. The customer service staff who clean are top notch though. Polite, eager to help and restuarant spotless. First McDonald's ive been to with security though. Seems like overkill to me. Concentrate on getting the food out quicker!

Used disabled toilet but it was like playing tetris with 2 bins plus yellow cone. There was no room for carer to help me as im in wheelchair so need assistance to stand etc.itwas very clean but nightmare to move in

Again another food order wrong on drive though this time didn’t realise until we got home the cheese sides were missed off . This is a regular thing normally we check and although a quick check of the bag it was not until we got home we realised . Tried to ring numerous times no answer
