Relatively small card factory shop but was very well stocked when I went into buy a couple of cards. Staff helpful. Small car park just outside the five Rise shopping centre.

Recently moved back to England after 20 years to buy my son a birthday card, had a lot of help from a Lovley young man called Chris, excellent customer service was very happy with my experience.

Went in to Bingley store to buy Christmas cards fo my grandchildren they only had one card which I thought was poor but if you wanted a Christmas card for your DOG they had 7 different type get a grip card factory

Nice staff. However, there is a poor job of packing. I purchased a snow globe and it wasn’t even wrapped in any packaging whatsoever no tissue or anything at the till. It cracked on the way home. Quite disappointed. I think more should be done to protect fragile items. Very annoyed and it was the last one.

The lady in store on the shop floor was really helpful. Superb customer service. I was looking for cellophane, she searched high and low and even brought out alternative options, afraid I didn't get her name but she wore spex had blonde hair and a full fringe (not great with describing people haha) but I left the store with a smile on my face due to said person, thank you
