1st time using Hays travel. The team at Bradford were brilliant, communication is great throughout. I will definitely use again.

We cannot thank Neve enough for rearranging our cancelled holiday. We trusted her to find somewhere we’d not even seen and she found us an amazing all inclusive in Turkey. She was so lovely and professional and finally gave us peace of mind after a very stressful few weeks so Thankyou for being amazing xxx

Just spoken to Hannah who could not have been more helpful. Although I didnt book my holiday through this company she gave me lots of tips for my trip. She was really helpful when exchanging money and giving me good advice to save money also avoiding unnecessary charges. Would recommend.

Booked my annual holiday and the staff at Thomas Cook were exceptional. They were enthusiastic and my requests were fulfilled (I can be awkward 😂😂). A great experience and one I am sure to repeat. Get yourself here you will not leave unhappy (its a big thumbs up from me 👍👍)

I went to book a flight and the girl was very unprofessional. She in a certain way didn't want to have a look at the system if they have a flight then said the system didn't want to log her in.. I went the next day and she was busy inside then she came made as if she was looking for the flight and she said there was none.. I looked online and went next door they found more than one.. Don't go to that place.. very unprofessional, rude and useless people
