This store make difference in our town, educated helpful 👌 and friendly staff.
Very unhappy with this shop. I was told i would be able to get a refund if the items were not right as they were presents for family, some of the items were okay, but i wanted to return 2 items and was refused, i was told it was not their policy to do a refund on earrings or a ring. That is okay if that is the company policy, but please make customers aware of this when they make a purchase.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Great choices and very reasonable prices.
Went today and was closed at 4.30pm with shutter down? Opening times online said 5.00pm? Also seen it 5.30pm Before? Totally wasted my time!
