Boots

I came into the castleford store this morning for a top up of products that i use daily and was served by a young woman who seemed very dismissive and arrogant towards customers.

What an efficient Boots store. Staff go above and beyond. The manager is so nice to her customers always looks well turned out.the staff dealing with prescriptions are friendly and efficient all of them. Best service I have ever had. Cannot thank you all enough.

Came here to pick up a prescription for my daughter. I cannot stress enough how helpful the pharmacist advisor was, I didn't catch her name but she had blonde hair and was wearing glasses. She went above and beyond to ensure our daughter got the medication she needed. Will be using boots as our pharmacist from here on

Absolutely shocking! I have PTSD from this store and how their staff treated me. During lockdown (when pubs were open and serving) I was over 8 months pregnant. I needed the toilet and the staff refused for me to use their toilets. They did not offer to help me find the nearest toilet and they told me they were all closed. I was absolutely desperate for the toilet. I began to cry and the person behind the counter had the audacity to ask me if things at home were okay - meanwhile my husband was running around the centre trying to find someone who would allow me to use the toilet. Not only did they cause me a huge amount of distress, whilst heavily pregnant she was also hugely disrespectful. I hope you learn from this awful experience that has caused me many issues after the birth of my child.
