I don’t normally complain or write reviews, however I do feel inclined in this situation. I went through the McDonald’s app order as per attached (which costs more than a regular pick up understandably). It looks like I’ve made this up, but this is how my food came. I don’t want anything in return, but I wonder if you have some staff who simply don’t care what kind of product they want to present, or the fact it looks like a joke so they do it to see said reviews and have a giggle. I have had this branch’s food in the past and it’s been decent, but the past few times have been below par, and this time just a bit of a joke.

How hard is it to read an order? Missing items again. Pancake sauce instead of tomatoe sauce. Half cooked chips and the list goes on. Worst maccys going. Staff clearly cant do there job.

While I don’t mind McDonalds, every time I go to this one they forget something. Sometimes it’s just sauces, sometimes it’s a whole burger. When a Big Mac meal costs £8, it would be nice if it came with the Big Mac. I used to like McDonald’s as a cheap quick meal when you have no food in, but it’s too expensive now to pay for food you don’t receive.

Rude staff, but hey what should we expect? No training on how to be respectful to EVERYONE that enters their doors.. Sort your customer service training out.. Remember customers don't just walk in and order. Customers arrive in many forms and capacities.

Visited here purely because it was the only McDonald’s that had every part of our order available!!! I always use the app to order as it’s a great way to avoid queues, plus you get points which transfer into free food which is a great bonus. On this occasion, all our local-ish restaurants had something missing from our requested order so we decided to have a little drive out to Catterick. Upon arrival it was clear to see it was busy, however we found a table and requested food delivery to that table. Food arrived quite quickly considering how busy it was but it was just the food; no straws, no napkins; no sauces. Wasn’t a problem as I just went and got some from the self service area, but did think it was a little bit lax as you do expect these items delivered with your food, even when busy. 8yr old had standard 6 nugget medium meal with vanilla shake plus a Maltese McFlurry. I had a medium mccrispy deluxe with vanilla milkshake and a cream egg McFlurry. Mccrispy was packed with salad, was very nice, apart from all the salad making it a bit lopsided. In addition, the sauce was only on one half of it meaning that the other half was a bit dry. Maybe nitpicking but just being honest. Parking: lots as part of a shopping complex area. Toilets: Clean and smelt nice. Was a short drive from the A1 so a nice little stop off if you’re on a long journey and don’t want to stop at a motorway service station.
