Good place for a quick takeaway. Quality is better than other places. I always go for sweet chili wrap. Fresh ingredients. Good stuff. Recommend it for those that love fast takeaway. They have drive through here for your convenience. The price is right. Next time you want to treat the family and kids try here.
BE AWARE: This McDonald’s has a 90min max stay car park. If as a paying customer you stay at this McDonald’s more than an hour and a half, you will be charged £100 and the higher up managers will pretend they can’t help you. Will never visit again.
For a start order was cold... Waited 25 mins when 2 people in restaurant and 2 cars in drive through. Ordered 2 fries and 2 wraps, 3 customers that ordered after us got their food before us .The grand iced latte came half full and with a cracked lid! The coke tastes like it is normal coke not zero. Staff non existant were only doing orders for delivery. The only good staff member was cleaner...
Ordered for delivery, they had the order for half an hour and it said the food was being prepared, then they suddenly cancelled the order. I think it was close to closing and they couldn’t be bothered to make it. Very annoying as we didn’t then have time to order from anywhere else. They should let customers know straight away, not keep us thinking our food is on the way.
I recently visited this McDonald's, and it was hands down the worst experience I've ever had at any location. They missed the majority of my order, so I had to drive 20 minutes back just to get the rest of my food. When I finally got it, it was still wrong! I ordered a Mayo Chicken, but it came with ketchup and no lettuce. On top of that, the patty was burned – clearly, they don’t care about the quality of the food they’re serving. Absolutely unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon! Avoid this place if you can. The food doesn’t taste the same it used to be. I would give it negative rating if I could.
