Warren James Jewellers - Crystal Peaks

Bought a diamond shaped earring from them and when I wore it, its turned green and bronze and my ear has a massive green square around it and is covered jn blood. Would NOT recommend getting jewellery from here

We enquired about purchasing wedding rings. The staff member who served us did not know about the stock they had for example we wanted a male ring in white gold and she said “oh I don’t know” and asked another member of staff. She then took us to the rings we had seen in the window and pointed saying “we only have that one” then left us. Based on this limited interaction we decided to go to another jewellery store where we were treated much better

Excellent staff. Treated really well. We needed a ring which was a large size. The lady brought every single wing out that size. We Didn't feel rushed or pressured. She even said a cheaper one looked better than the dearer one. Thank you so much.

Don't buy anything from here because they tell you that you can get a refund. When there happy to take your money. But when you take something back that hasn't even been worn they don't give you sod all . The fat one is very rude and tries to patronizes you . So stay away and let every one know it's the Crystal Peaks branch .

Excellent shop. Good selection of jewellery, prices are very good. Friendly staff nothing to much trouble.
