Worst experience ever. Worst store manager I ever dealt with. Arrogant, very unprofessional and very rude.I Had some issues with network coverage and needed some help. He didn't want to listen to me at all. All what he said ones you get contract in the store it's over you can't return it. Didn't give a chance to explain the matter. Very rude and unprofessional. Avoid avoid avoid Hull store at all cost. All what the manager wants take your money so that he get more commission. Avoid at all costs Zero star for the management at the Hull store

We went to get a new iPhone, broadband router and a sim only plan and was given a great deal if we bought them together. Fantastic deal on unlimited everything on the sim only and a brand new router with unlimited data for a fantastic price. Staff were knowledgeable, set up the SIM cards from old phone to the new iPhone. Obtained a pak code from the old network and set this also. Very comfortable atmosphere in the store with very friendly and attentive service. Our thanks to Ebony for her knowledge of apple products, and thanks also to Muj who I have dealt with many times, he’s a top bloke. Thank you both for your help. We will be visiting again.

I live in York and travelled to Hull , as I had heard how efficient and professional a chap called Alex was in the King Edward store. My son and I made arrangements to meet with Alex and sort out a complex situation, a cancellation and a new contract and he made the process stress free and straight forward.
