Absolutely fantastic service as usual from Iain We have been with 3 for over 18 years and Iain has always been extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble,(He once ran across the city to get the phone we wanted from their other store as he didn't have it in stock)I cannot praise him highly enough

Went to add a data only SIM to my existing package. Was looked after by Jasmine who was perfect. Ensured I got value for money and did not try to sell me anything else. She was an absolute pleasure and very professional. Great experience

Jasmine at the Three Store in St Stephens helped my elderly father and I today. She went absolutely above and beyond the call of duty! She was so helpful, patient, kind and genuinely cared about what my Dad needed (and didn't need!), she ended up saving him money and fixing all sorts of problems for him, and she even took time after her shift had finished to continue helping until everything was perfect. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She was an absolute angel, and that is the sort of customer care that really restores your faith in both companies like Three, and in humanity in general! Thank you so much Jasmine, you did excellent work today, and I really hope that you are recognised for that!

Took my daughter in here as she was having issues with her samsung, we were greeted by Iain who had an easy, laid back attitude with a sense of humour to boot, after my daughter had explained her issue, Iain said he knew were the problem lay and had us fixed up within minutes, and to top it off, 'no charge' made Keira's day. Thank you Iain lekker service.

iv just nipped in to upgrade been told denied due to only oaying bill over the phone. and without me saying so they have now updated system saying iv set up a direct debit. iv done no such thing. the women in store has done this behind my back. offical complaint going i. now
