A great local museum in the old school house. Open on a Friday run by volunteers, it is an excellent local resource with some fantastic old artefacts on display and a lot of information about Sutton. A former headmaster of the school Eric Johnson took a lot of photographs of the children at the Christmas nativity plays which were published in amateur photographer magazine. Some of these are at the Museum.

A small museum with many local artifacts but also covering a wider area with quite a bit of wartime information. An old schoolhouse or Church houses this little gem of archives and although compact compared to some more illustrious museums it's still worth a bit of your time to visit. But do check opening times I think that the opening times are limited.
