Welcoming venue by manager and her team😀 Greeted with a smile and made to feel comfortable and safe ,the friendly atmosphere ,offered a drink and refreshments ,which is especially welcoming ,and I’m happy to spend more time in the venue as the team is so friendly to any questions,Joanne is the manager and I thank her for the atmosphere she creates in her team.Some of the team I now know by name ,are Donna who also represents the venue with friendly ,professional manner .Sarah is lovely ,and Linda, and a lovely young lady during the day, Unfortunately not had a good experience when entering the venue late in the evening ,as evening staff did not seem interested ,in greeting or offering a coffee etc,and for me I don’t feel comfortable ,as used to fantastic customer service during the day from Joanne and the day team ,Thankyou to the team 😀
Got offered 1 coffee the whole 3 hours I was sat there, even then the cup was small. Staff are mostly very polite apart from 1 member of staff that insisted she couldn't get me change for my machine although i knew she could she was clearly just on lazy mode.
Nice inside good staff ask you if you want a drink and you get a biscuit also come round with Danish pastries Choice of different coffee also Can have more than 1 drink I got a card with 5.00 match play on for 3 rd visit
We always get a warm and friendly welcome here.the staff always ask if we have had a nice day .we get offered coffee and biscuits. Plenty of Bingo and machines to play.
