Went in for first time today , no acknowledgement from 2 members of staff , spent about 40 mins in there never got offered a drink ! NO maintenance of equipment many machines with bulbs out some machines had no bulbs at all and looked liked they were turned off particularly the Party Time Arena but to be fair there was 1 bulb working on the top box out of approx 100 , sadly Party Time no.4 was in complete darkness apart from the digits . Wouldn't recommend.

It states disabled accessibility and I've no idea why because when I was in there this morning a disabled man got asked to stand up out his travel mobility scooter which he was unable to do because of his disability. I'm so shocked he got asked to do this and when explained he couldn't stand he then got asked to leave its disgusting this happen its discrimination against the disabled to ask and do this. This company needs a massive fine for that and needs to shut its doors for lack of respect and disgusting behaviour

I paid to use sunbed ,I've used 15 minutes but have been told by my doctor not to use as I've had some spots removed and he gave me a letter to give to the company but they said I can't give my card to anyone else to use I can't see why I paid for it So be careful when paying in advance as you won't get your money back and they won't let anyone else use it ,buy I will be going further about it
