Clean, stewards were great. Only thing that lets down almost every visit is they run out of chips or another component to one of the meals they offer. This always results in loonnggg waits. The food is good, but there's always an issue when ordering it!

Just endured the most boring game of football imaginable, 120 minutes of sheer dress, the whole crowd just willing for someone to score in 90 minutes, but no. In extra time still nothing. Took the 4th penalty to register a goal. What an absolute joke of a game. Ref was as good as the weather, which was appalling. Good to see Johnny Jobsworth manning the gate, making us walk round the ground to get out, Cheers Johnny all the best for 2026

Apart from the woman steward at the sponsors entrance everyone we met was brilliant especially the deputy security supervisor that allowed myself and wife in to use toilets after a long drive. Food was amazing quality and quantity. We were treated to spectacular views (even if lift was on small side). Great parking near ground. We will be back next season.

Great stadium. Lovely place to visit; good place to watch matches. Friendly environment and great atmosphere for its purpose. Staff were great as well.

Clean and welcoming stadium, with ample security staff and easy access. 15-20 walk from Hull city centre, where shopping and ample parking can be found. Closer and ample parking can be found next to the stadium, which is rare for stadiums. The food and alcohol is truly first-rate. Please check out the club page for the latest menu, however you can get anything from pies/pasties, amazing chips/waffle fries and even fancier grub. Best food in the Championship. Wide range of alcoholic drinks, including ciders, ales and Guinness. Clean and plentiful toilets. Easy access and exit from the stadium after game. Be mindful if you parked in the city centre you will be channelled in the other direction for 10 minutes, so bear that in mind when making your way back. Good crowd segregation after the match.
