About Reel Cinema

Description

In 2001 the Curzon Cinema in Loughborough was acquired as a major property development project. After a period of extensive research it became apparent that an opportunity existed to develop a complete cinema experience. At this point the Curzon Leisure Group was formed with the aim of providing tailored experiences to specific market sectors within town centre environments.

As the group continued to expand a decision was taken, in 2005, to re-name and re-brand the company as Reel Cinemas Ltd. Unique business opportunities have been identified that can be replicated across a number of town centre cinemas. To this end Reel Cinemas has put together a highly skilled and professional team to expand the group and strengthen the brand.

Reel Cinemas operating philosophy is to provide customers with:

Comfort

Friendly, knowledgeable staff giving quality customer service

Parking is good but if you decide to go by bus St. Stephens shopping centre is next to the interchange. Where the cinema is located there is a number of places to eat..

Honestly the nicest staff! It's a small cinema, but it has such a cute retro vibe, my husband and I love going here because it reminds of the cinemas we used to go to as kids! Really good value for money too.

The best cinema in Hull, affordable and comfy deep seats, big screen and loud speakers, food is always nice and drinks in fridge always perfectly cold. Lovely interior and environment and staff are always great great friendly. Will only go here and try to go daily, sometimes the screenings are empty or very little people which to me makes it better 😁😂

Theatre was freezing and pitch black when we went in they only turned the lights on when the film started (surely it should be the other way around) also picture size was too small for the screen which we could hardly see due to the lights. We will not be returning.

“The cinema was super hot with no air conditioner 🔥so it was really hard to breathe🥵 The lights on the ceiling stayed on the whole time, and the sound was so low !!!!!!! Honestly, it was a terrible experience.
