Ganstead Park has been an established leading course of the East Riding for over 40 years, recently bought out by the Members from it being previously a Proprietary Club.
The beautiful and easy walking 18 hole course is situated only a few miles to the east of the City of Hull. The course is also close to the historic town of Beverley and to the many seaside resorts and beaches of the East Yorkshire coast.
The area is well renowned for its variety of facilities, especially improved and increased since the hugely successful Hull City of Culture year.
Since opening in 1976 the course has continued to mature and improve and has developed into on of the most appealing and challenging courses in the East Riding of Yorkshire. In the words of local sports journalist John Fieldhouse "Ganstead Park is an excellent and popular parkland course which must be one of the most improved venues in the East Riding if not the entire country."
