First day Training here today after taking a tour of the place on Tuesday. After having a look around I can honestly say this gym is a proper old school gym and I felt at ease and very welcome here. This gym is now my personal and only choice of gym from now on and I 1000 % recommend this gym to anyone whose looking for a very relaxed and welcoming place to train.

New owners are great! Really friendly and have good knowledge. I went with my partner for a look round, advice and to sign him up. They're cheap and no contracts. PT sessions and meal plans available. Clean and tidy place. Partner is impressed so I recommend

Great pay as you go gym, it has loads of good quality equipment, all the people who I have met are great people and the owner is a diamond geezer! It's even got a dungeon 😂 sun bed and a ladies only gym! There is even a limited selection of supplements available for purchase! The gym accepts cash or takes card payment! Top old school gym

I have been a member of this gym for over 10 years.i can honestly say it's the friendliest and most welcoming gym anyone could wish for. The. Staff are very helpful and professional.The equipment is modern and the gym is kept totally spotless and clean.There is good parking facilities too.Over all there is no gym in the area which offers such value for money that has so much too offer.
