Having gone to a few gyms in the East Hull area and then going to this gym for just over a year now, safe to say that this one is my favourite and I am very happy with what I receive every time I visit. First I'll discuss the facilities, which I believe are very good for the low price I pay. This gym is fully equipped with every machine you would need for a full workout, and although some of them are old, they are mostly in very good condition and repairs are quick when the machines get damaged. This gym also comes fitted with a large swimming pool and steam room, which I find great for a post-workout rehabilitation, although I do often find the pool is quite full, so I skip the swim. Then another big positive is the staff who are always very friendly and easy to talk to whenever I have had something to ask. The only negative I could have is that the gym does get very busy from 4pm onwards, making it difficult to complete a workout without having to wait a while for certain machines such as the cables, and the toilets in the men's changing rooms can often be dirty with empty soap dispensers

Used to be the best gym in the area, now due to the constant changing room swaps for “works”, the ladies toilets are completely soiled in urine and stink like a mens toilet. The gym is supposed to be a place to unwind but this puts me off every recent time i have visited. Don’t understand why “essential works” cant be carried out during the night like other establishments that put customers first. Especially seen as the gym opening hours are the shortest in the area, 8am-6pm on a weekend which doesn't really cater for those who work weekends.

I used thecswimming pool only in the gym for privat lesson for my doughter as the public pool is always filled and crowded and the teacher can not give my doughter her time for the lesson and see what she is doing.
