Brilliant gym. Everyone is always happy and welcoming when you enter the gym. The gym is kept very clean and tidy and you can see how hard the staff work to make it a really welcoming environment for people. There is a wide variety of different machines available to use with a good outdoor area also readily available. They have lots to offer for people who have been going to the gym for a long time or are wanting to start. Would highly recommend this gym.
Great gym, good people and all the kit you'll need for both cardio and resistance training. I train early in a morning, it's always quiet, but the few people you do see will always give you a nod to say hello. I've trained all over the city/country and this place ticks all the boxes and it's very reasonably priced too. I won't be going anywhere else anytime soon.
Great gym, with more than enough equipment, if your a beginner or advanced there is machines and loose weights to suit. There are changing rooms with a sauna. The reception is well stocked with protein powders, aminos, post & pre workout supplements. Highly recommended.
Great gym, good range of equipment that's well maintained. Staff are always friendly and happy to help, particularly Ashley and Summer. Been coming here over a year and love it.
Great gym! Equipment always maintained, changing rooms are always very clean (Thanks to the lady who cleans them - She has her work 'cut out due to the way some members leave it). Front of house Staff are all very friendly. Definitely recommend!!
