Went on a Saturday afternoon as a walk in. It wasn’t busy but wasn’t quiet which was good. We weren’t aware that it was hourly sessions and the staff member at the front desk didn’t make us aware. There’s no signage that says it’s hourly sessions either. I said its our first time so not sure what packages if any were available as we were a family of 4; 2 adults, a 12 y/o and a 1 year old. Admission came to £49 for all 4. Unbeknownst to us we could have booked an additional hour at a discounted price but again the staff member never made us aware and there was no signage obviously evident. We wanted to enjoy each different area but also wanted to stop for some refreshments which we bought on site. Not knowing that stopping for refs we were wasting our allocated time slot. Ended up being asked to leave just before the hour so lost 10% of our time overall since we only got in at 5 past and then there’s a safety briefing to watch. Would have been nice to have been made aware it was timed sessions. Would have understood being asked to leave also if it was peak season as they have to get other customers in but it wasn’t busy. Children did really enjoy themselves but was just cut short and expensive for what you get.

So much fun, tiring but amazing, good price to get in i paid for 2 hours for myself and kids. My Kids loved it aged 9 and 10 and im 30. Great place different than your usual play areas definitely made us all tired after running around throwing balls at each other and throwing/pushing each other into ball pool definitely recommend

Booked online but be warned that you need to arrive quite a bit before your time slot (prob around 20mins) to make sure you get checked in ok. For being a weekend the main desk wasn’t open and we had to go to the cafe desk to check in. Six members of staff there but only one checking people in and appeared to also be serving people looking to purchase drinks. One of them was someone wearing the managers top and there was no acknowledgement of the people waiting or any attempt to split/reduce the queue. A couple of bouncers I observed managed to split their lip or hit their nose and the staff were able to provide basic first aid and complete an accident form. First aiders however didn’t wear gloves when dealing with blood which I found very strange for a qualified first aider. Area for non-bouncers to sit and wait but not able to see anything of the people of the inflatable which was disappointing. Not really a spectators waiting area when you can’t see what’s happening. Good fun was had but when larger groups came in together it became a bit chaotic/dangerous as there were clumps/groups of kids all doing the same area at the same time and pushing others out the way by default. Be good if the establishment limited the number of group bookings they admit in the various time slots to stop this from happening. Plenty of parking. Tesla CCS chargers available for anyone with an EV.

Went with my almost 3yr old. Good place but slightly to grown up for her with all the big kids charging around. Luckily we went at 10am which was fairly quiet, but by the time we left at 11am it was super busy. Also quite pricey but worth a visit

Kids loved it, only did one hour but it was enough , kids were exhausted and sweating but they had a great time. Would definitely go again.
