What a beautiful, peaceful little yoga studio! I absolutely loved my Candlelight Yin session with Molly. I’ve never tried yoga before and was a little nervous, but the studio is so warm and welcoming and Molly was kind, gentle and reassuring the whole way through. If you’re a beginner like I am, Pause is the perfect place to start your yoga journey. I can’t wait to go back!
I started yoga practice at Pause Studio last November and have been twice a week since then. It’s a really friendly atmosphere - especially for beginners and the studio is warm and welcoming. I feel so relaxed yet invigorated after an hour with Liz or Mollie. My low back pain has significantly improved in just a few months . Thank you Pause Yoga !
A lovely gem of a little studio on the park, with lovely views. Been here twice now to candlelit yin yoga. Molly was great and helped clear the cobwebs from my brain and the work related 'white noise'. I am no yoga expert, and felt a little nervous being a novice, but there was absolutely no need. I was made to feel at complete ease, not only by Molly but by the other people in the class. I completely recommend Pause Yoga Studio and will be going back to try some other classes.
I’ve absolutely loved coming to this yoga studio! The space is beautiful, with stunning views that make every class feel peaceful and inspiring. The instructors are so friendly and welcoming, creating a really positive atmosphere. Since getting back into hot yoga here, my back pain has improved as well. Highly recommend!
