Twice in 2 weeks the service as been very poor last week I was behind a car for 5 minutes whilst your staff was having a real good chin wag with the car infront looked like it was one of her friends this week no answer at the ordering point so went to the pay window and still no 1 there so went to the last window where it looked like the young lady was on her own even though I saw 3 other people in the. Very disappointing as I call for food at that time b4 I go to work 😪. The .manager needs to take a step back and look at who they've employed the girl that served me was very polite and surprised no 1 was at the other 2 points b4 I got to her . Whilst im at it when its rainy and your window is down the rain from the roof gets all over the inside of the door maybe some guttering would fix this
Didn’t answer at the ordering point. Went round and no one came for another 10 mins to the window. Manager was just wearing casual clothes. Drive thru took a total of 30 mins at 3am! Hilarious.
Just visited McDonald’s at Hunslet and for the first time ever, all staff were very friendly and polite! Don’t know what’s happened but keep up the good work! Was a much better experience than usual
we all got food, my friend had got fries and burger and she had the fries missing we went up and complained macey-jane - i think - she had teal bangs and black/brown hair. she refused to look at the receipt and wouldn’t give her fries we asked another member of staff and she came up and again REFUSED to give her fries when she had payed £1.89 for it and we had to buy more because she wouldn’t give the fries. ALL of the members of staff are rude aswell. fries which are getting more expensive day by day. and 10p for some ketchup is ridiculous. wouldn’t recommend coming here!!!! also really dirty here!
Food was good as usual - we got clean tables 👍🏼 and friendly help & chat from Stella the server. She kindly helped us fixing our burger that came single iso double. Apple pie & Mc Flurry 🥰
