Very rude staff could not order because manager decided to update system we asked it we could order manager said no that's why drive through is shut init !we hadn't been through the drive so how could we have known disgusting person and service very aggressive for no reason
There was a brilliant guy here today called Ryan I believe , as soon as i walked through the door he smiled and spoke to me and it brought a smile to my face! You are doing amazing Ryan!! As for other staff including the manager, i am so disappointed, you treat Ryan so badly, every moment you were speaking to him distastefully like he wasn’t a human being like you. Ryan you are amazing, do not let the people around you make you feel any different!
Won’t use this McDonald’s again. We arrived to try the new menu they only had the pineapple mc spicy and nothing else, no sakora sprite either. Food was literally thrown through the window didn’t ask if we wanted any sauces and on parking up and opening the bag the food was stone cold and dry like it had been sat there hours no salt on the chips very bland! Not at all happy I will be emailing mc Donald’s head office about the lack of options, customer service, Horrible atmosphere & very rude staff. Stay clear of this branch.
Very good food. The sausage was grilled nicely and the hash brown was nice and crispy. Service was very quick. Had tablets for the kids to play on. Toilets were a bit messy
This is unfortunately my local mcdonald's. Ive experienced poor service and poor food quality multiple times and their drive through system doesn't run properly. On 3 occasions I've been waiting and being served in incorrect order, unfair system if employees cant run it. Staff have no polite or professional etiquette. It's a shame that maccys think they can get away with it 😕 yes the price may be cheap and 'cheerful' , but the inability to get the basics right is concerning, and its definitely not cheerful in my experience.
